One Year Anniversary Party! New to Minnesota or know someone who is? Welcome Hat is a bimonthly celebration that jumpstarts newcomer and returnee inclusion to the local Saint Paul community.

Receive a warm faux-fur lined hat and learn more the city's resources. The program showcases valuable community resources, provides light local samples and cash bar, and features live music.

Tonight help celebrate Welcome Hat's one year anniversary with music, cocktails, and a meet-and-greet with local businesses and organizations. Join the Grown-Up Club and other newbies to help discover your favorite aspects of Saint Paul living. Meet Saint Paul Mayor Chris Coleman, who will present each newcomer with a free faux fur hat. Past participants are invited to don their hat and join the celebration for a group photo.
